Qualifications
Your Role
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service in-store
Advise customers on One Piece TCG products and gameplay basics
Process sales, handle the cash register, and operate the POS system
Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure a tidy store environment
Support events such as tournaments, demo sessions, and product launches
Stay informed about new releases, card rarities, and popular items
Assist the team with general daily store operations
Your Profile
Your Profile
Passion for One Piece and/or trading card games is a big plus
Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required
Reliable, punctual, friendly, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Willingness to learn the One Piece Card Game if you’re new to it
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or event days
Strong German skills; English is an advantage due to Berlin’s international customer base
