As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to strengthen our Organized Play logistics operations.
Your Role
As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all logistics tasks related to Organized Play programs. You will manage event materials, promotional items, and product shipments, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality. Your work directly supports retailers, event organizers, and gaming communities across our network.
This position combines hands-on warehouse duties with administrative logistics tasks and requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products, promotional materials, and event kits.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for Organized Play events and retailers.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Organized Play Support
- Assemble and prepare event kits for tournaments, prerelease events, and retail play programs.
- Coordinate with the Organized Play and Marketing teams to ensure accurate shipment contents and delivery timelines.
- Track and manage logistics for high-volume seasonal event campaigns.
- Ensure quality control for all outgoing event materials.
- Shipping & Logistics
- Schedule and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and customs forms where required.
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delivery issues or delays.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize cost, speed, and reliability.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in refining packing procedures and warehouse workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure all handling and shipping practices comply with company and regulatory standards.
