Graphic & Media Designer

CS-International is a fast-growing company operating within the gaming, esports, and digital entertainment industry. We work with brands, events, creators, and communities across multiple platforms and markets.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic & Media Designer to help shape and maintain our visual identity across digital, print, presentation, and broadcast environments.

Your Role

As a Graphic & Media Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support our brands, projects, partners, and events.

You will work closely with management, business development, marketing, and production teams to deliver professional, engaging, and brand-consistent designs across a wide range of platforms and applications.

Presentation Design & Visual Communication

• Design professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Create sponsorship proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks, and event materials
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations
• Support management and business development teams with high-quality communication materials
• Ensure all presentations align with company branding and visual standards

Graphic Design & Brand Development

• Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials
• Create banners, advertisements, promotional materials, and branded content
• Develop visual assets for websites, social media platforms, events, and campaigns
• Maintain and further develop visual brand guidelines and design systems
• Ensure brand consistency across all company projects and communication channels

Digital & Print Production

• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files
• Manage digital assets and design resources
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, agencies, and external production partners
• Ensure correct implementation of RGB and CMYK workflows
• Maintain quality standards across both digital and print production

Website & Content Support

• Manage and update website content and visual assets
• Create supporting graphics and media for digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective visual communication materials

Streaming & Broadcast Design

• Create overlays, stream packages, lower thirds, transitions, and broadcast graphics
• Design Twitch channel assets, YouTube banners, thumbnails, and promotional artwork
• Develop visual assets for livestream productions, esports broadcasts, and online events
• Create sponsor integration graphics and branded broadcast elements
• Support production teams and content creators with visual design requirements
• Ensure visual consistency across all livestream and broadcast environments

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • Lightroom
• Professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or media design
• Strong understanding of:
  • Layout and typography
  • Visual hierarchy and branding
  • RGB and CMYK workflows
  • Print production processes
  • PDF production standards
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork and production files
• Experience designing professional presentations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

Nice to Have

• Experience creating assets for Twitch, YouTube, or livestream productions
• Familiarity with OBS Studio or similar streaming software
• Understanding of broadcast graphics workflows
• Experience with motion graphics and animated design assets
• Affinity for gaming, esports, and digital entertainment
